Marvin is a partner with substantial experience representing clients in a broad range of complex commercial disputes in Arizona and Nevada, including health care litigation, restrictive covenants, partnership and other business disputes, real estate litigation, business torts, and fraud claims.

Additionally, Marvin has extensive experience litigating debtor/creditor relationships, including prosecuting fraudulent transfer actions and obtaining prejudgment remedies; defending clients against wrongful foreclosure, lender liability, and improper account handling claims; and representing secured and unsecured creditors, trustees, and committees in Chapter 11 business bankruptcy cases.
