Malvika Sinha is an experienced litigator who represents both corporate and individual clients across a wide range of industries, with a focus on legal malpractice, healthcare litigation, and high-stakes business disputes. Her clients have included Fortune 500 companies, small business owners, and everything in between. Malvika believes that every client has a story to tell, and she focuses on telling that story in a persuasive, thoughtful way while keeping in mind her clients’ business needs and facilitating efficient and effective resolutions to some of their biggest challenges.
Malvika practiced for several years in Los Angeles before moving back to her hometown of Phoenix, Arizona; she frequently serves as local counsel for clients and law firms in California and across the country. Before joining Coppersmith Brockelman, she clerked for the Honorable David G. Campbell at the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.
Malvika maintains a strong interest in pro bono work and criminal justice. Before law school, she interned for the International Criminal Court in The Hague and the International Center for Transitional Justice in New York City. She currently provides pro bono assistance to the Arizona Justice Project and volunteers with Hospice of the Valley’s New Song Center for Grieving Children. In her spare time, she loves hiking, playing with her dog, and traveling the world.
