Malvika A. Sinha is a commercial litigator who began her career at two of the nation’s leading law firms in Los Angeles. Her cases have spanned a wide variety of subject matters, including environmental and pharmaceutical litigation, State Attorneys General investigations, class action defense, and corporate compliance. Malvika also has experience with mediations, settlement negotiations, and high-profile, fact-intensive internal investigations, making her a key contributer to the firm’s commercial litigation practice.
Prior to joining Coppersmith Brockelman, Malvika clerked for the Honorable David G. Campbell at the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.
Malvika maintains a strong interest in pro bono work and international human rights law. Before law school, she interned for the International Criminal Court in The Hague and the International Center for Transitional Justice in New York City.
