Caitlin advises health care organizations and technology companies on the full spectrum of health information technology and commercial contracting matters. Her practice centers on negotiating and drafting complex vendor and customer technology agreements, with a focus on SaaS solutions that support complex data sharing arrangements for care coordination and value-based care initiatives. She serves as outside commercial and vendor contracting counsel to several large health care and technology organizations and manages a substantial volume of sophisticated technology transactions across the industry. She also helps clients structure and operationalize data collaborations, analytics partnerships, privacy and security addenda, and terms of use for patient, provider, and payer-facing applications.
In addition to her transactional and regulatory work, Caitlin is an experienced complex commercial litigator. She represents clients in contract disputes and technology-related matters and brings that experience to bear when advising on risk allocation and negotiation strategy for complex agreements.
