Employee Welfare Benefit Plans

Public Pension Plans

We routinely counsel municipalities and other state and local entities in connection with operational and compliance issues arising under the Arizona State Retirement System and the Public Safety Personnel Retirement System. This counsel involves responding to specific operational and compliance questions as well as assisting with proactive compliance efforts. Examples include:
