Gabe Aragon represents clients in complex commercial litigation and business disputes, with particular experience in business torts, trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, business divorces, cannabis-related litigation, and employment matters. He advises and advocates for companies of all sizes, government entities, and individuals, serving both plaintiffs and defendants across a range of industries and venues.

Prior to joining Coppersmith Brockelman, Gabe spent nearly two decades at a premier boutique litigation firm in Phoenix, where he was a partner. Over the course of his career, he has earned recognition from peers and national legal publications, including Chambers USA, The Best Lawyers in America©, Southwest Super Lawyers, and PHOENIX Magazine. Gabe is also AV® Preeminent™ rated by Martindale-Hubbell®. He has served in numerous leadership and teaching roles, including as Chair of the Maricopa County Bar Association Litigation Section, Vice Chair of the American Bar Association’s Corporate Counsel Committee, and as faculty for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy’s deposition training programs.
