BTI Consulting Group — specializing in law firm client feedback, market research, and development — recently named Partner Mel Soliz a 2024 BTI Client Service All-Star. Mel joins an elite list of lawyers deemed the best in delivering client services.

The BTI Client Service All-Stars list determines its honorees based on 17 objective ranking factors, such as an attorney’s deep understanding of the client’s business, ability to provide the most value and return on investment, and overall legal skills evaluated by corporate counsel and top legal decision makers. Mel’s dedication to her clients is something for which she takes great pride and ownership. Her extensive and specialized knowledge and skillset continue to help her gain recognition and respect among her peers and the individuals she serves.

In addition to her latest BTI Client Service All-Star accolade, Mel has been recognized through numerous other prestigious award programs, including Southwest Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers, and Chambers USA. Mel’s regulatory practice focuses on compliance with data privacy, access and interoperability laws (such as the Information Blocking Rule and CMS interoperability mandates as well as state mini-interoperability laws), health IT/technology service contracting, and health information networks/exchanges (including national interoperability frameworks such as TEFCA, Carequality, CommonWell, DURSA, and DxF). She regularly speaks in local and national forums on these topics and has been active in state and federal policymaking on data privacy and HIE issues. She is also the President of the Arizona Society of Healthcare Attorneys.
