  • Prosecuted a $5 million bad faith claim against a general contractor’s insurer.
  • Defended a False Claims Qui Tam lawsuit at the Hanford Nuclear Reservation.
  • Represented defendants in multimillion dollar patent infringement litigation.
  • Defended a $12 million prevailing wage claim against a public works bond.
