AzBusiness magazine has once again recognized Partners Keith Beauchamp and John DeWulf among Arizona’s most accomplished business lawyers, with Partners Mel Soliz and Jill Chasson joining them on its esteemed annual list for the first time.

New to the list yet widely known as one of Arizona’s most dominant regulatory health care lawyers, Mel focuses on compliance with data privacy, access, and interoperability, health IT service contracting, and HIN/HIEs. A go-to speaker who has been active in state and federal policymaking, Mel is the President of the Arizona Society of Healthcare Attorneys and is regularly lauded by Chambers USA, Best Lawyers, BTI Client Service All Stars, and Southwest Super Lawyers.    

Another well-recognized legal name making her “Top 100” debut, Jill centers her practice around the many federal and state laws that govern the workplace. She works with employers to develop key policies, resolve difficult personnel issues, and provide legal compliance and risk management guidance. When disputes arise, she represents employers before administrative agencies, in arbitration proceedings, and court litigation regarding employment-related claims.   Best Lawyers in America© recognized Jill as a 2026 “Lawyer of the Year” in labor and employment litigation. 

This marks Keith’s fourth straight year appearing on the list for his expertise in handling complex commercial disputes like class action lawsuits, business torts, legal malpractice, litigation involving directors and officers, theft of trade secrets, and restrictive covenants.  

John, a regular on the list since 2015, was also honored in the complex commercial disputes category. He has over four decades of experience in his practice area of commercial litigation, with robust expertise in contractual matters, business torts, intellectual property, and more. Best Lawyers in America© named John a 2025 “Lawyer of the Year” for legal malpractice law.  

Keith, Mel, and Jill were also recently featured in the 2026 edition of AzBusiness Leaders, AZ Big Media’s annual publication highlighting Arizona’s most prominent executives across industries.
