A health care law veteran, David Bixby draws on a wealth of experience in corporate, regulatory, and transactional legal work to provide health care organizations with strategic guidance. He counsels clients in matters ranging from mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and affiliations, corporate governance, conflicts of interest and director independence issues, physician and network arrangements, and Stark and anti-kickback matters.

As Banner Health’s Chief Legal Officer for 25 years, David oversaw Banner’s legal affairs as it grew to a $12 billion multi-state integrated healthcare system.
