An accomplished leader known for her extensive impact across election, public, and political law, Partner Sambo “Bo” Dul was featured in Az Business magazine’s 2026 list of the Most Influential Women in Arizona Business. The publication’s editorial board and a panel of past recipients selected Bo as one of 34 honorees from a field of more than 2,200 women in consideration.

“I’m humbled to be part of such an outstanding group of leaders who are actively bettering Arizona’s communities and creating opportunities for future generations,” said Bo. “This recognition is a reminder that my dedication to public service and free and fair elections is making a real, meaningful difference in our state.”

In addition to the Most Influential Women honor, Bo’s leadership has been celebrated through numerous civic and legal award programs, including Women Achievers of Arizona by the Arizona Capitol Times and State Affairs in 2024.

Well-known both locally and nationally for her central role in advancing democracy, good governance, and civil rights, Bo is instrumental in the firm’s elections and public law practice. She brings nearly two decades of experience across government, private practice, and nonprofit organizations, previously serving as General Counsel to Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs and State Elections Director and General Counsel in the Arizona Secretary of State’s Office.

Bo represents government entities, officials, candidates, political action committees, nonprofit organizations, voters, and others with an interest in the democratic process. Her advisory and litigation work spans election administration, constitutional law, voting rights, ballot access, campaign finance, public records, public policy, and related issues.
