Coppersmith Brockelman recently sponsored “Women, Wealth, & Power,” an educational event hosted by Take the Lead Women —one of the nation’s leading organizations dedicated to advancing gender parity and empowering women across all professional sectors.

The event featured an exclusive pre-release screening of LILLY, a film chronicling the story of legal activist Lilly Ledbetter and her historic fight for equal pay. The screening was followed by a dynamic panel discussion focused on advancing financial literacy, wealth-building, and promoting economic equity for women.

“At Coppersmith Brockelman, women have been instrumental in the leadership and direction of the firm, and it is incredibly meaningful to support an event that encourages other women to pursue their own paths to leadership,” said Partner and Governance Committee Chair Kristen Rosati. “Take the Lead Women is an organization near and dear to my heart, and I am always honored to champion their mission.”

Kristen is one of the founding members of the Arizona Leadership Council of Take the Lead Women, which launched in 2014 with the goal of propelling women into leadership positions. Through training, mentoring, and strategic coaching, the organization equips women to set bold goals and helps them make strategic plans to achieve them.
