Widely respected as a seasoned neutral in high-stakes business, employment, and serious injury disputes, Partner John Kelly recently claimed a spot on PHOENIX Magazine’s Top Lawyers list for his outstanding work in Arbitration & Mediation.

A member of the highly selective National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, John is a skilled arbitrator, mediator, and litigator who guides companies toward practical resolutions in complex commercial and regulatory matters. He conducts settlement conferences as a judge pro tem for the Maricopa County Superior Court, has been retained as a mediator on more than 300 occasions, and has also served multiple times as an expert witness, arbitrator and special master.
