Meg Kelly is a commercial litigator with a background spanning federal trial courts, appellate courts, and criminal prosecution. Bringing careful preparation and sound judgment to complex disputes, she works collaboratively to develop strategies that are grounded in the record and responsive to client goals. Meg’s firsthand experience prosecuting federal cases and representing the United States in court complements her robust research and writing skills, helping her evaluate and identify central legal and factual issues to build clear, well-supported arguments.
Before Coppersmith Brockelman, Meg served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona and completed clerkships with the Hon. Roopali H. Desai of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Hon. G. Murray Snow of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. Her strong foundation in both chambers and the courtroom sharpens her understanding of federal procedure, judicial decision-making, and the strategic considerations behind each case.
