Victoria Prescott
Viki has significant experience representing hospitals, academic medical centers, physician practices, research institutes and technology companies. She assists clients in drafting and negotiating agreements, and provides advice on regulatory and compliance matters in the areas of clinical research, biobanking, health information exchange and data sharing, HIPAA compliance and data privacy, and software and technology development and licensing.
Caitlin Donovan
Caitlin advises health care organizations and technology companies on health information technology and commercial contracting matters. She focuses on negotiating and drafting complex technology agreements, particularly SaaS solutions supporting data sharing, care coordination and value-based care initiatives. She also counsels clients on data collaborations, analytics partnerships, privacy and security addenda, and application terms of use.
