Lauren Krumholz helps clients navigate evolving requirements surrounding health data, technology, and information exchange, bringing an analytical perspective to complex advisory work and related disputes. Her background in federal court litigation, federal regulatory research, and public health law equips her to evaluate legal questions holistically across judicial, administrative, and policy implications. She also works in the firm’s health care operations practice on provider and managed care matters ranging from patient consent, confidentiality, and reporting to network, licensure, and claims issues.

Before joining Coppersmith Brockelman, Lauren clerked for the Hon. Steven P. Logan and the Hon. Alison S. Bachus of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. During law school, she also held legal roles with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s Office of Chief Counsel and the Arizona State University Center for Public Health Law and Policy, building a strong foundation in federal regulation and public health frameworks.
